  3. We build in stages, and you watch it happen.

    From site clearing to the roof, every stage is photographed and documented in your portal. Nothing is hidden.

  4. Funds release only when a stage is done.

    Money moves to the next stage only after the last one is finished and confirmed. If work stops, your money stays put.
